Why my order gets cancelled automatically?

Orders are automatically cancelled due to a configured setting wherein orders are cancelled after a specified number of days.

This setting can be accessed through the GoCreate Administrator login
Navigate to Shops -> Shop overview -> Shop details -> Shop settings.
Search for text “Max days to wait in On-Hold state before cancel the order ” and configure the days
