Why is it that neither the shop employee nor I can cancel the order?
a) Orders that can be cancelled in the statuses are “On hold”, “Deposit Paid”, “Ready for Payment”, “CM Buffer suits India”, “On hold special”, “CL stoffen usage calculated” and “Processed Status”.
b) Order’s before 4:00 PM Netherlands Time, can only be cancelled.
c) Orders created with Cut Length Fabric/Lining can only be cancelled if the Purchase Order (PO) entry is in the “new” status.
d) Order once marked as Fast Track, then it can get cancelled via GoCreate Admin only.
e) Unpaid pre-payment orders on hold can be cancelled.
f) Cancellation of orders created with customer-own fabric is only possible while they remain in the “on hold” status.
g) Orders marked as Urgent can only be cancelled in “Processed Status”.
