DesignOption value is not present during order creation?

Login into GoCreate Administrator account.
a) Users need to verify the linking with DesignOption, accessible through Admin -> Products -> DesignOptions -> (Un)Link DesignOptions.
b) Next, verify the linking with SubProductPart via cockpit, which can be viewed under Admin -> Products -> SubProductPart Cockpit.
c) Check if DesignOption Value is stockable, then verify the stock availability with the respective atelier.

d) Check linking with correct DesignOption value group.

If any of the above screens are not visible or accessible please arrange the necessary permission by contacting your Team Lead.
