How can I verify if the customer’s internet connection is reliable?

1) Use Speed Test Websites: Direct the customer to a speed test website such as Speedtest by Ookla, Fast.com, or Google’s speed test. These tools measure the upload and download speeds of their internet connection.
2) Ping Test: You can instruct the customer to perform a ping test using the Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (Mac/Linux). A low ping time indicates a good connection.

a) Select the Start Menu (the Windows icon) in the taskbar, or press the Windows key.
b) Type cmd.
c) Select Command Prompt from the list.
d) Type “ping gocreate.nu” in the Command Prompt window.
