Inventory stock is available, but the material is not loading during order creation.

Login to GoCreate Administrator.
a) Check linking of material with group.
b) Check linking of that material group with your shop.
c) Check if the material is linked with needed/correct atelier.

Below information can be verified on cockpit screen of respective materials.
a) Check if Material stock is Available with Atelier.
b) Check if Virtual Stock is greater than Minimum Stock.
c) Check for the cache population happened at right time.

If one is not has necessary permissions to view the screen, then please inform your Team Lead or raise a request with IT team.
