Why isn’t it possible to create customers in the GoCreate Shop when logged in via the GoCreate Administrator account?
GoCreate Shop and Atelier Munro B2B/B2C adhere to GDPR rules and regulations.
a) We are not allowed to share end customers private data, namely
First name, Last name, Email Address, Phone, Address
b) In GoCreate and Virtual showroom, critical customer information is already masked/encapsulated.
c) According to GDPR compliance, we are restricted from logging into the shop and creating a customer. This action would violate the clause concerning the protection of customer data, as the customer’s data belongs to the shop.
