GoCreate Shop employees are facing challenges to login? Reasons for same?

a) Check if Shop is blocked or Shop login is blocked, can be found under Shop details in GoCreate Administrator login.

If, found so please consult Finance Team.

b) Check if Shop employee is active. If found inactive please consult COS.

Shop employee screen can be accessed via GoCreate Administrator login -> Shops -> Shop employee.

c) Check if Ship To & Bill To is linked or not. if not then please consult Logistics team for linking Ship to and Finance Team for linking Bill to

Please note # Atelier Munro B2C shop employee cannot login into GoCreate Shop.
