How can shops bring up quality problems?
Quality issues can be reported in below ways via GoCreate Shop and via Showroom AM B2B & AM B2C Shops.
a) Quality issues can be reported by logging into the GoCreate Shop application or Showroom application for both Custom made and Ready made orders from the Order Overview/ID Overview.
b) Only orders in the status of Received, Refused by Customer, Shipped to Customer, and Delivered to Customer can be reported for a quality issue.
c) Only one quality issue can remain active for one order.
Exceptions are:-
a) The Moss Bros shop chain cannot report via the existing Quality module.
b) Reporting a quality issue for the Beanie and Scarf combinations is not permitted.
c) Quality issue cannot be reported from Atelier Munro Private Stores.
