How to configure different email addresses for shops to get notified from GoCreate

Order confirmation email :-

For CM orders

Order confirmation emails are sent for CM orders as soon as orders are saved with on hold and processed status.

For RM orders

Confirmation is sent to COS and CC when orders are on hold and processed.

Invoicing email

Invoices are sent weekly based on the invoice date of the shop and an email will be sent with a PDF as an attachment.

Urgent order

For urgent orders system is sending more emails than usual, whenever the shipment date is changed an email will be triggered, even when orders are being delivered earlier.

Orders in pipeline email, is relayed once a week on Tuesday’s only.

This email is received as an Excel file with 2 attachment.

Attachment 1 – Order Weekly Updates | Attachment 2 – Materials Weekly Updates

Attachment 1 details as below,

Sheet1 – Updates

a) Orders that were processed in last 7 days will be in the list.

b) Orders whose delivery dates were changes or updated withing last 7 days.

c) Orders that are not on hold or cancelled.

Sheet 2 – Delivery

a) Order whose updated delivery dates falls in last 7 days will be in the list.

b) Orders that are no in shop status “in workshop” will be in the list.

Sheet 3 – Other orders

a) Orders created in last 7 days (ex 7th May 2024, Tuesday – 13th May 2024, Monday) will be in the list, except the on hold orders.

b) Orders in the shop status “in workshop” will be in the list.

Sheep 4 – On Hold

a) Orders which are in shop status “on hold”, and we also mention the date when this order will be cancelled.

Sheet 5 – Birthdays of their customers

a) Birthdays of the customers are mentioned in the list.

Attachment 2 – Materials Weekly Updates

Fabric 365 Suits – Fabric updates with extra days in past but now its 0, actual extra days >0, Fabrics were Available to sold out, Fabric that we sold out and now are available.

FastTrack Order

This email is relayed when an order is marked as FastTrack order, also delivery emails are relayed accordingly as per the order progress in Atelier and Shipment.

For verifying the Email Settings in system please refer below,

If a customer is receiving emails from the system, verify the following areas in GoCreate Administrator login,
a) Navigate to Shops -> Shop overview -> Shop details -> Email settings tab.
check for the email in Email settings tab and if necessary update the fields.
b) Navigate to Shops -> Shop employees -> Shop employee details -> Email settings.
check if the Email settings are (un)checked.
c) Navigate to Invoicing -> Credit control -> Bill to -> Bill to Overview -> Email settings.
